Healthy Pregnancy, Intentional Recovery.

There’s not a one size fits all approach to fitness for pregnant and post partum women as every body and experience is incredibly different.  My approach to pregnant and postpartum training and rehabilitation extends far beyond the traditional advice of listening to your body.  I aim to provide the appropriate education, training, structure, advocacy and mentorship that will help women navigate pregnancy and/or postpartum appropriate to their personal experience.  


Customized training is an optimal way to navigate your pregnant and post partum journey through a very personal to you experience.
