Youth Development Camps

Who:  Youth ages 10-18 coed  


Camp #1:  March 13th / 14th

Camp #2:  April 17th / 18th

Camp #3:  October TBA

Camp #4:  November TBA


Where:  Sea to Sky area, TBA closer to the dates. 

Cost:  $180 + GST

These camps are aimed at helping young athletes realize their full potential and are geared towards providing the youth mountain bike athlete with all the tools necessary to succeed provincially, nationally and internationally in cross country, downhill or enduro disciplines.

Expect a weekend on the bike that will highlight the following:

  • Inspiring, professional riders and coaches such as Remy Metallier, Finn Iles, JP Fok, Meredith Eades, Chris Kovarik, Claire Buchar, and more.

  • Small groupings based on skill and experience to provide optimal learning environments.   

  • Skill instruction and progression.  

  • Competitive strategy discussion and mental strength techniques.

  • A collaborative, supportive and fun environment.

All mountain or cross-country bikes are necessary as there will be no shuttles involved.  

'Grom Squad' After School Program for the Young Rider

Who:  5-12 years old coed and girls only


Wednesdays co-ed May 5th-June June 9th

Thursdays girls only May 6th-June 10th

3:30-5:50 pm

Where:  Whistler.  Meet at Myrtle Philip Elementary School.  

Cost:  $189 + GST / 6 weeks RESIDENTS

$239 + GST / 6 weeks NON RESIDENTS

This 6 week after school mountain bike skill development program is designed to help start the mountain bike season off right!  


A fun, social and safe program designed for children of any riding ability, and an opportunity for children to learn and experience:


  • The basics of riding off road to more advanced bike handling skills.

  • Challenges that suit the level of the child.  

  • Trail etiquette.

  • Bike maintenance.

  • A deeper connection to nature.  


Whether your child has plenty of off road experience or none at all, they will learn at their own pace and will be grouped accordingly. 


Essentials needed are:

  • Basic cycling skills, children must be able to start bike on their own.

  • A bike in good working order (must have gears and hand brakes!).

  • A properly fitted helmet.

  • Bike gloves.

  • Water and snacks (!!!).
