YOUTH PERFORMANCE AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
HUMANS FIRST, ATHLETES SECOND

Expand, Progress, Evolve.

Building the well rounded youth athlete

Sea to Sky Gravity Club

What is it?

SEA TO SKY GRAVITY CLUB, a collaborative Performance and Development Program, is geared towards providing our young MTB athletes with many of the tools necessary to succeed on and off the bike.

This club aims to create a space for not only mountain bike skill development and competitive strategy, but also to provide a training ground for virtues such as integrity, respect, resilience, and self-improvement & worth that is not tied to results or achievements… all while having fun!

We believe the competition pathway can be an incredible avenue for one to grow and learn, if high-quality mentorship and development, tailored to the needs and specifications of each athlete is at the forefront of programming.

With the underlying pillars of FUN, FITNESS & FUNDAMENTALS, the 'Sea to Sky Gravity Club' provides the right environment to help riders truly develop their skills and confidence to tackle anything life’s journey (both on and off the bike) might throw at them.

NEW FOR 2023, EACH TRAINING CAMP CAN BE BOOKED AS A STAND ALONE EXPERIENCE!

Collaborative Training Camps and Workshops!

We are excited to offer this program in collaboration with the Sea to Sky’s leading coaches and businesses!  Hilltop MTB and Strand Training continue to collaborate to provide our athletes with an athlete centred approach to coaching and an unmatched community team vibe.  Sea to Sky Gravity Team athletes will have the opportunity to experience unique training environments, meet new training friends, learn, and grow with other likeminded riders in the Sea to Sky Area and beyond!

Inside this supportive environment, youth can expect:

  • Monthly training camps.  These on bike group sessions explore skill development, mental strength techniques and competitive strategy coaching.

  • Integrated workshops.  Workshops that explore topics such as goal setting, visualization and injury prevention will be incorporated into the monthly training camps.

Enriched sense of community, team environment and sense of belonging!
