This ongoing strength and conditioning program offers a well rounded framework designed to support women in perimenopause and menopause.  It targets populations by:

  • Building fitness, strength, mobility, and balance in a sustainable, progressive way.

  • Refining foundational movement patterns to create a strong, functional base for long-term strength and resilience.

  • Boosting energy with manageable, purposeful workouts that complement your life—not compete with it.

  • Preserving and stimulating muscle mass through smart training strategies that also support metabolic health.

  • Supporting your nervous system with novel movement and intentional recovery.

  • Maximizing the return on your time and effort so every workout feels valuable, effective, and aligned with your goals.

What’s included:

  • Access to a user friendly app that houses all your workouts and guides you step by step.  

​

  • 5 training sessions delivered weekly via your online coaching portal / app.

    • 2 strength training sessions (including plyometrics)

    • 1 HIIT (high intensity interval training) or SIT (sprint interval training) training session

    • 1 mobility session

    • 1 foundation / core session

  • Initial movement pattern assessment with personalized feedback to ensure proper form and technique.​​

​

  • Gradual progression:  Start with dialing in foundational movements and lower volume, building confidence and strength before increasing intensity.

​

  • Video demos with detailed instructions for every exercise, ensuring you can follow along with confidence.

​

  • Compliance tracking and record keeping to mark workouts as complete and track your progress.

​

  • Ongoing support through real-time messaging with your coach—ask questions and get feedback whenever you need it!

  • Mini course on how to properly execute foundational movement patterns and why they are so important.
