Train with Intention
Customized training at Strand Training is designed for individuals seeking informed, individualized strength and conditioning support. This work integrates performance training, rehabilitation informed programming, and education to support a wide range of goals and experiences.

Training may support athletic development, recovery from injury, rebuilding strength, or navigating physical transitions such as pre and postnatal training and perimenopause/menopause. Programming is shaped by the individual, with attention to movement quality, injury history, lifestyle demands, and long-term physical wellbeing.

Customized training is offered on a selective basis and delivered in-person or online. This service is best suited for individuals seeking thoughtful guidance, structure, and support tailored to their unique situation.
