'Hotwheels' Ladies Ride Nights

Are you looking for a female riding community that has a foundation of camadarie?  This ride group brings together female riders to get out in nature for a weekly pedal with friends and receive coaching from our esteemed team! 

 

This supportive program aims to create the perfect balance of socialization and progression!  Expect to:  

 

  • Learn new skills that will allow you to take on terrain and obstacles with more confidence.

  • Refine your current toolbox of capabilities.  

  • Encounter challenges that match the ability of the group.

  • Have a safe and transformative experience that aims to elevate your riding to your next level.  

  • Be in small groups for an optimal learning environment.

Fearless Fridays

Who:  16 +, Intermediate to Advanced co-ed.

When:  2022 dates TBA in January 

Where:  Pemberton or Whistler, BC.

Cost:  TBA

Fearless Fridays is open to intermediate to advanced riders looking to develop the skills and confidence that will allow you to take on more challenging terrain.  

Friday evening on trail skill sessions that will transform your riding!  Expect:

 

  • All skill building and trail strategy sessions to take place ON TRAIL.

  • A different trail (or trails) to be chosen each session (trail requests considered!).

  • The trail to be broken into manageable sections that allows for an exploration of specific terrain features and obstacles.  

  • A safe and transformative experience that will elevate your riding to YOUR next level.  

  • Small groupings to ensure an optimal learning environment.

Introduction to Mountain Biking

Who:  16 +, Pure beginner to Beginner co-ed.

When:  2022 dates TBA in January 

Where:  Whistler, BC.

Cost:  $120 + GST / session 

Are you new to mountain biking and looking for a thorough explanation of how your bike works?  Does the prospect of riding off road seem intimidating?  Do you want to get out in nature with your friends, get exercise and explore the single-track terrain with confidence?

 

Then this one-day program that explores mountain bike foundations is for you!  Expect to:  

 

  • Learn basic mechanics, how to take care of your bike, how to change a flat tire and basic bike set up. 

  • Establish a strong basic body position and how to adapt to changing terrain.

  • Learn how your shifting works most effectively.

  • Discover braking techniques that will allow you to take on off road terrain safely.  

  • Be in small groups to ensure an optimal learning environment.
