PERFORMANCE TRAINING + ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

Customized performance training is open to individuals who are serious about reaching their athletic potential.  Strength and conditioning coaching (resistance training, cardio training and mobility training) is periodized specific to each individual’s goals and needs.  This will include a combination of gym work, as well as indoor and outdoor sport development.  If you are committed, disciplined and determined, and require the highest standards in strength and conditioning, then performance coaching is for you.   

Each client must begin with a private consult/ assessment which consists of learning about your specific experience, movement pattern assessment, education, and an exploration of goals and plans with how to move forward from where you are to where you want to go. 

From there, we determine what programming works best for your budget, availability and unique situation.  Regardless of choice, programming will revolve around your specific goals.   

SESSIONS ARE CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY OR AT PEAK TRAINING STUDIO.

VIRTUAL PRICING

  • Consult/Assessment:  $125 

  • 1 hour Personal Training Session:  $100

  • 1/2 hour Personal Training Session:  $60

  • 10x pass - 1 hour Personal Training Sessions:  $900

  • Strength or cardio training program (add on to a PT session):  $60 / program (1-3 days / week)​

STUDIO PRICING/HOME GYM

  • Consult/Assessment:  $150

  • 1 hour Personal Training Session: $125

  • 10x pass - 1 hour Personal Training Sessions:  $1,125

  • Strength or cardio training program (add on to a PT session):  $60 / program (1-3 days / week)​

*includes entry fee to studio.
