CUSTOMIZED TRAINING

PERFORMANCE TRAINING + REHABILITATION

Do your best

Customized performance training and rehabilitation is open to individuals who are serious about reaching their athletic potential alongside those recovering from injury.  Strength and conditioning coaching (resistance training, cardio training, corrective exercise and mobility training) is periodized specific to each individual’s goals and needs.

Each client must begin with a 1:1 onboarding session which consists of learning about your specific experience, movement pattern assessment, education, and an exploration of your goals.

From there, we determine what programming works best for your budget, availability and unique situation.  Regardless of choice, programming will revolve around your specific goals.

SESSIONS ARE CONDUCTED VIRTUALLY, MEADOW PARK SPORTS CENTRE, ALTITUDE FITNESS OR GROM PHYSIO CO.

"I knew I needed to get stronger to level up my mountain biking and I was also struggling with a lot of pain from past injuries. I reached out to Katrina to help me get both under control in a way that I could fit into my schedule. Not only has my body changed before my eyes and I am pain-free, she has supported me through new injuries, helping me come out of them even stronger - both in body and mind. Her approach to functional movement has helped me become fitter, faster, stronger, and more capable in general across the board, on and off the bike. I know now that this type of training is the key to success in athletics but also in life"

"I had some grand goals.  And following some big injuries, I knew I needed a trainer to guide me through. Katrina put together a methodical, interesting and challenging program that has me now in a position where I feel better than ever in my body, but also in my mind!  To top it off, I achieved my goals, and more.  I am so grateful to Katrina for her vested interest, expertise and ability to get me here!"
