Strength Training for Peri/Menopausal Stages of Life

Who:  Peri/Menopausal/Post Menopausal Women

When:  Wednesdays 10:30-11:30; starting October 11th. 

Where:  Meadow Park Sports Centre

Be the Change integrates the positive profound effects of strength training into these stages of life!

 

This ongoing program will provide a framework that targets this population by:   

  • Developing your fitness, strength, balance and bone health.

  • Improving energy through appropriate strength and cardiovascular training.

  • Incorporating exercises that preserve and stimulate muscle mass alongside improving metabolic health.

  • Addressing nervous system health through novel movement.

  • Giving you the most out of the time and effort you put into exercise.
