TERRACE for the Ladies
Who: 16 +, Intermediate to Advanced Ladies.
When: July 23rd 10am-8pm, July 24th 10am-4pm
Where: Terrace, BC
Cost: $445 + GST
Join Strand Training's coaches for a weekend of mountain bike coaching, learning, progressing, laughing and chatting in Terrace, BC!
This weekend is designed to transform your riding! Expect to:

Learn or revisit the foundations to ensure body postioning is ultimately adapting to the ever changing off road terrain.

Discover basic to advanced braking techniques that will allow you to safely take on more difficult features and grade.
-
Learn new techniques and manoeuvres that will expand your toolkit of skills.
-
Enjoy a Saturday night apres of opened ended convos at Sherwood Mountain Brewhouse.
-
Small groupings to ensure an optimal learning environment.
-
A safe and exploratory experience that will elevate your riding to your next level.

TERRACE for the Youth
Who: Ages 6-12
When: July 21st/22nd, 9am-12pm
Where: Terrace, BC
Cost: $160 + GST
This two day morning camp that aims to accommodate young mountain bikers who are interested in a positive, supportive and progressive experience on bikes!
An opportunity for youth to learn and explore:

The basics of riding off road to more advanced bike handling skills.
-
Skill building sessions alongside trail side coaching and challenges appropriate to age and ability level.
-
Trail etiquette.
-
A collaborative, supportive and playful environment.
Whether your child has some off road experience or is just venturing off road, they will learn at their own pace and will be grouped accordingly.
